I went to three different dealerships for pricing and to find the car I was looking for. My local Santa Rosa Dealer basically told me that I would have to pay $1,600 to get out of my lease but that they could find the car. Another Sacramento Dealer Future got back to me timely but Epic gat back to me just a bit quicker and get what I was looking for got info on my current Traverse and within a couple of hours cam back with basically the same price for the vehicle but did the work on investigating my vehicle's resale value and offered me $4,000 in trade. Done Deal

This was my first oil change not only for my new car, but also in general as I usually get my oil changes at our mechanic shop. I had stopped by the dealership to inquire about the process and was helped quickly by a nice, patient man. He helped me schedule an appointment for the next morning. When I arrived for my service, the team was friendly and quick to get everyone waiting processed. Joe helped me and he was very pleasant and easy to work with. I waited in the customer lounge area and it was very comfortable. Overall, great experience and great customer service.

Since getting my car in January 2024 I have had to take it in for different issues 5 different times. 3 of the times have been this year alone. The last time I brought my vehicle in for a popping noise from the front driver side was on 6/23 I got it back 6/25 and they said the noise was gone but after paying the $285 diagnostic I am still hearing the noise.

My only complaint was that I when in for an oil change and it took four hours to get it done. I didn’t know if there was a back log on vehicles for them to service even though I had a ten o’clock appointment. Nevertheless great service!!

I've taken my car to 3 dealerships in the area for service: Roseville, Folsom, and EPIC in Sacramento. I choose to drive 20 miles from home to get serviced at EPIC because the quality all around is exponentially better. My only complaint this time is having to readjust my steering wheel position, the AC temp and airflow, the window lock button, and driver AND passenger seat backs + heights + move them both forward. And the garbage I needed to dispose of: plastic wrap and paper mat that was left behind. Not the greatest last impression.

Ever since Epic rotated the tires I'm getting an error stating the car can't communicate with one of the tire gauges. He also showed us all the rad accessories they have and have purchased many of them more to come 😜 I could go on and on about every aspect of the day but there's not enough space and time for all the kudos I have for Clarence! Had an entire deal worked out great they had me in a truck. They got me the money I need for my trade in. We had a deal where I would put $2000 on a down payment. The only reason I had the $2000 was for my trade ins payment. The dealer told me that it would be fine that they would pay the car off and I wouldn’t have to worry. Then 10 days later and no car paid off Bank of America took out my payment for the car leaving me negative money in my account. So when I called the dealer to discuss the terms of our deal the financial manager denied everything and said they have 21 days legally to pay off the car. When I told him about the issue he just said “we have 21 days legally” not caring at all that I gave them $2000 and now I’m missing $2000. Very unprofessional staff and team

I waited for 3 hours to get my oil change and tires rotated to be finished. when I had an appointment at 12:30 and I was there at 12:40 and no other car was in the bay waiting to get worked on. When I asked how much longer after 2.5 hours I was told 10-15 minutes but it was more of 20 minutes later when I was finally told that my car was ready. There was people who came after me and left before I left.

My right rear passenger window was replaced around August of this year. My car has never leaked EVER prior to this. Yet we have a storm and my right rear passenger door fills with water and is so full is sloshes as I’m driving. I take it in and have to pay $285 to have debris cleaned out when I’d NEVER had this problem until AFTER the window was replaced. Amazing that no other door had this issue, I’d parked in the same place since I got my car in 2011, but I have to pay for the door becoming waterlogged. The same and only door worked on.

Initially onlne appointment would not let me past a certain point and no one was answering the phone so I had to get the chat bot to book appointment. That's normal for EPIC but once I got ther appointment, everything was awesome as usual. I clicked the link when I got there and my guy Joe came right out. The people at service were completely nice and professional. There waa only one lane open in the service dept, had to wait over 30 minutes in line. Then it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change I have never waited that long for an oil change! That is beyond excessive I was at dealership for over 3 hours for a simple oil change! Again beyond accesive!

My car broke down right before a holiday and I had to have it towed there. I asked about a loaner because I have health issues and doctors appointments, I was told I could rent a car but they don’t do long term loaners. When I received a call that my car was fixed, I was told that one of the parts they ordered was faulty, so they used my part because it tested fine - why did they order a part if mine was ok to begin with?

The one real problem is contacting the service department. I had questions before I made an appointment and never did succeed in getting through on the phone. Also, I assumed that making an appointment meant that our car would be looked at that day. (I just needed a scan to make sure the high voltage battery didn't have a problem.)They did get to it the next business day.
